Field Notes · Worldwide

The world,
in yarn.

Forty-three yarn shops across Iceland, Scandinavia, Japan, Taiwan, the Netherlands, and the Americas — every one of them visited in person, by always leaving room in the suitcase for yarn. Less a directory, more a pilgrimage list.

Notes were gathered through 2026. Small shops change their rhythms, so a quick look at each shop's own page before a special trip is kind to everyone.
